DRAFT NARRATIVE ON NO WELD/NEWCO TECHNOLOGY Overview NoWeld/Newco (“Newco) has developed a revolutionary solution to the problem of making permanent repairs to leaking in service piping which cannot be resolved by traditional methods. Newco’s unique NoWeld technology secures permanent repairs to process piping without the need to weld directly onto the piping while in service. This is achieved by enclosing the temporary repair with a steel shroud which is secured to the in service piping using a patented series of interlocking, gaskets using advanced materials which are both temperature and pressure resistant. Using this approach, in service pipe leaks are transformed from a “temporary” repair status to permanent “pressure vessels”.
